On October 10th, the Public Service Commission will host a virtual public hearing in Docket No. 2022-142-WS related to Daufuskie Island Utility Company, Inc.’s request to adjust its rate schedule and increase rates. You can learn more about this docket and the company’s request at this link.
The Commission is accepting testimony from Daufuskie Island Utility Company customers at this hearing. If you’re interested in speaking before the Commission, you can still sign up to do so! The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 10th from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. The deadline to sign up is 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6th.
