The Public Service Commission of South Carolina has scheduled a presentation by the Office of Regulatory Staff (ORS) regarding the ORS’s inspection and examination of any outages and rolling blackouts during the December 2022 Winter Storm (“Winter Storm Elliott”) in the service territories of Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC and Duke Energy Progress, LLC. Pursuant to Commission Order No. 2023-21, this presentation will begin on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 9:30 a.m., before the Public Service Commission in the Commission’s Hearing Room (101 Executive Center Drive, Suite 100, Saluda Building, Columbia, South Carolina 29210).
