The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte briefing for September 1st, 2022 at 3 p.m. or after the conclusion of the Commission Business Meeting (whichever is later) to discuss Electric Vehicle (EV) charging, grid benefits, and examples of other states’ programs. This allowable ex parte briefing is part of a non-docketed item, under which further information will be filed, and can be accessed at this link.
