The Public Service Commission has released revised guidelines for prefile testimony in Docket No. 2019-182-E. This docket was opened per the South Carolina Energy Freedom Act (Act 62 of 2019/H.B. 3659) and mandated certain procedures be taken by the Commission. Any interested parties who wish to participate as a party of record in this docket--Docket No. 2019-182-E--must file a Petition to Intervene on or before September 17th, 2020 by providing a copy to the Office of Regulatory Staff and to all parties of record in the matter.

Any person who wishes to have their comments considered as part of the official record of this proceeding must present such comments in person to the Commission during the virtual hearing on November 17th, 2020 at 10 a.m.
